Refund Policy

You can try out a mouthpiece at home for 14 days from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied, you can return the mouthpiece for an exchange or refund. The condition is that you have used the mouthpiece with the included mouthpiece adhesive.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your products and are non-refundable.

How can you request an exchange or refund?
Contact us via the contact form and arrange the exchange or refund. After we arrange the exchange or refund, you will receive the necessary information (including the return address) to return your product.

If you would like to exchange your product for another product with a higher price, this is possible, provided you pay the difference. If you would like to exchange for a product with a lower price, we will refund the difference.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will send your new mouthpiece by mail. We will cover the shipping costs for this new product.
